AbMat Quarter Rings

Made from weather-resistant, non-slip polypropylene, AbMat 1/4 Rings offer the benefits of standard gymnastic ring training in a new low-profile format. Users simply need to hang the webbing straps over a pull-up bar and slip the Quarter Ring through the loop to create a self-supporting rings station—equipped for any body type and body weight.

AbMat Quarter Rings are sold in pairs and available here in black. The ring diameter is 1.3” (by comparison, a standard Rogue Wood Ring is 1.25”) and the webbing is 5/8” black nylon. The rings’ lightweight portability makes them easy to transport to the gym, park, or further afield, and they’re particularly well suited for training spaces with low ceilings, where traditional gym rings can pose challenges.

The unique design of AbMat’s Quarter Rings also enables the hands to move fluidly from an externally rotated position to a neutral one, which can greatly help athletes dealing with limited shoulder mobility or struggling with high-rep pull-ups.
