Monster Bells

Co-developed with strongman gear expert Steve Slater, Rogue's Monster Bells bring back the look and function of the classic circus dumbbell in a heavy-duty, 21st century form. These Ohio-made bells are available in four different sizes, with loadable weight capacities ranging from 75LB (with the 6" bell model) to over 250LB with the 12" option. Just add sand, coins, buckshot—whatever works—to create and adjust a custom weight that aligns with your goals and progressions.

Monster Bells have been used routinely in strongman competitions across the globe, where the circus dumbbell clean and press remains one of the most challenging events. If you're not a professional strongman, however, these loadable dumbbells still produce major benefits. Used with other movements like the traditional dumbbell row or Turkish get-ups, they can greatly increase the development of upper body strength, core power, and grip strength. Sometimes it's just good to go old school.

For max weight potential, load with lead shot.
