These are amazing dumbbells. I’ve had mine for a year now and love them. Get the Matte Black so it has the metal adjustments. For some reason it’s only on the matte black, and get the stand 100%. They adjust by 5lbs. It’s so effortless. Would buy 100x over again.

Been using these for a bit over 7 months. I've been really happy with them, and it's def one of the best additions to my home gym. As expected, it is a breeze to switch between weights, which is great for things like pyramid sets, drop sets, supersets, etc. They are a little on the expensive side for sure, but the quality is there.

Super easy to operate. Short on space these are your go to dumbbells.

I didn’t want to go cheap on adjustable dumbbells but I wish I had. I actually prefer cheaper options after using these. I had hoped they would be tighter when in use but they rattle like the others. However, they are very tight when you need to rerack them after a set. Being round is good until they have to be rotated to an exact spot to rerack. The gap is also very tight and the edges are sharp. Speaking of sharp edges they don’t feel good sliding down your shins. The mechanism for changing the weight is housed in a tapered section between the handles and the weights. This makes it very difficult to to do hamstring curls. The rack itself is very cheap with a lot of plastic. I don’t slam weights and try to maintain control. At 80 lbs I don’t think it will hold up. The labelling seems backwards to me and several of my friends. I can see what they intended but I still rotate them the wrong way first very often. When viewing the current weight, say 50ls, a plus is on the left. It makes you feel like the 45# setting is under the plus and rotating right will reveal it. That is not how it works. Like I said, I understand how it works now but it still seems backwards to me. I will probably sell these locally at a huge loss and get something else. More expensive is not always better.

One of the dumbells stopped working and will no longer turn to allow you to change weight. See that this is apparently an issue for more than just us! SUPER disappointed because we spent money with Rogue thinking they were a reputable brand.

First of all I love all my rogue equipment but I bought these dumbells and with the first few months the dial piece has broken and I now can’t adjust the weights so I’m super disappointed and feel like I wasted my money also to note I was over the top careful setting the weights down making sure to never drop them.

I bought a set of these thinking they would be a great product. The internal parts where you select the weight are plastic. Those pieces were destroyed quickly. I now can’t change the weight on either dumbbell making them pretty much useless. Also the tabs are plastic that hold the small 5lb plates. Not a good feeling to do shoulder presses and have one of those plates fall off hitting you in the head and feet. Product is very cheaply made and sold for an insane amount.

The weight frame ends are fully plastic, for the price paid feeling disappointed.
