Great elbow sleeves, high quality

These thicker elbow sleeves gave me a ton of control in my arms when chest pressing. I really enjoyed the quality and comfort with these sleeves.

Works as intended! I have some mild distal bicep tendonitis and these help a ton!

Made a big difference. I was skeptical at first because it was very tight. I bought XS. My arm was on the top end of the measurement chart for XS but I figured tight would be better. During CrossFit training it helped so much! I highly recommend it.

Don’t buy the size down on fitting as recommended unless you are built like a scarecrow. I bought as sized and it was very tight. But they have stretched and are working well.

I bought these for the tendinitis in my elbows. While it doesn’t help with any pain, it does keep my elbows warm and feels like a nice hug of support during workouts.

I think I've increased on my squats as well as treadmill duration and my joints don't feel as ache-eee n e more

After a nasty fall I injured the ligaments and tendons inside my elbow. Working out left me with a constant burning pain in the area even when cleared to lift by my doctor. This sleeve does NOT eliminate the pain, but it helps me get through my workout with minimal discomfort and provides strengthening support. I highly recommend getting the smaller size if you're between two sizes or want a tighter fit. I got the xs and was worried I'd made a mistake when I put it on for the first time. Felt like I was cutting off the circulation! After a couple of wears it has loosened up just perfect. If I'd gone with S it would be too big. I definitely recommend. Be sure to do your PT and take your anti inflammatories too though! Also rogue fitness - please offer more colours!
