Tape kills pain
A nurse prepping me for a medical procedure suggested Rocktape by brand name to help with my tight IT band. I got some, and tried is thus far on my feet and knees. I am suprized how well it has taken care of nagging pain, especially at night.

SO SO
Used a entire roll on my feet trying different ways and methods works great for running and other activites DOES NOT work great in water. I could wear it for a day or multiple days as soon as I hit the pool its off with-in 10 min of swimming.
