Rogue’s new patented 12-Sided Urethane Grip Plates feature a solid cast-iron core, impact-resistant polyurethane coating, and a unique dodecagon shape with angled edges to help prevent rollaway when a barbell’s on the floor. A re-engineered ledge grip design (on the 25 LB and above) also introduces tapered, recessed handle cut-outs on both sides. This allows athletes to quickly grab and pick-up from the center of the plate—no matter which side is facing out— rather than having to reach their fingers under the plate’s edges when it’s flat on the ground.

All of our Urethane Grip Plates come standard with a black matte finish and white Rogue branding. The tolerance is +/- 1% for the 25 LB and up, and +/- 3% for the smaller change plates. The minimum thickness of the protective urethane coating is 3mm.
Please Note:The Ledge Grip feature is NOT included on the 2.5 LB, 5 LB and 10 LB plates.

Our fully re-engineered ledge grip feature, with tapered interior cut-out handles, allows athletes to conveniently reach for the center portion of either side of the plate, whether off a storage rack or off the ground. No more having to jam your fingers under the edges of the plate to access the handle.
Minimize Roll Away
When a bar hits the floor, its journey should end there. Rogue’s 12-Sided Urethane Grip Plates look and function essentially like traditional round Oly plates, but with the edged circumference, there is greatly reduced movement on the ground, even on uneven surfaces. It’s a simple solution to the age-old rollaway nuisance.
Quality Construction
These plates include a 50.6mm collar opening with a solid cast iron core for reliable structural integrity, a protective high-quality polyurethane coating (minimum 3mm thick), and a matte black finish with raised numbering for the weight and Rogue branding. Tolerance on the 25/35/45LB plates is +/- 1%, while the tolerance on the change plates (2.5/5/10LB) is +/- 3%.
