Rogue Add-On Change Plates feature a unique twist-on design that allows them to be opened up at one end and securely attached to the grip/handle of a dumbbell, kettlebell, or fixed weight barbell (they will NOT fit on the sleeve of a standard barbell). Developed from an original design by inventor Chris Wilke, our Add-On Change Plates are sold in pairs and constructed with a steel slug inner and 4mm thick, color-coded TPE rubber outer with molded Rogue branding. The rubber surface ensures the plates won’t damage the finish or knurling of your kettlebells, dumbbells, etc.
Customers can choose from three weight increments (0.5 LB, 1 LB, 1.5 LB) or order a complete 6 LB set with one pair of each increment. All plates are backed by a 1-year warranty.

Micro Progressions for Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Fixed Bar
Inventor Chris Wilke came to us with a new change plate designed specifically for increasing the weight of a dumbbell, kettlebell or fixed barbell by small advances, rather than having to jump straight to the next 5LB or 10LB increment (i.e., a 25LB dumbbell could be increased to 25.5LB, 26LB, 26.5LB, etc.). Add-On Change Plates can be twisted and opened to attach directly to the handles of these free weights, helping athletes push for constant gains without sacrificing technique.
Three Color-Coded Weight Increments
All Rogue Add-On Change Plates are sold in pairs, and feature an inside diameter of 34.1 mm. This makes them compatible with most dumbbells/kettlebells/fixed bars, but NOT barbell sleeves. The three color-coded increment options are:
0.5 LB - Green - 12.9mm thick (+/- 5% tolerance)
1.0 LB - Yellow - 15.8mm thick (+/- 3% tolerance)
1.5 LB - Red - 16.8mm thick (+/- 2% tolerance)
Quality Construction
These specialized kettlebell/dumbbell change plates are highly durable and manufactured with a steel slug core and a 4mm thick, TPE rubber outer. The rubber not only allows for the twisting action of the plates during attachment, but also ensures the finish and knurling of your equipment won’t be damaged during use. All plates include molded weight indications and Rogue branding.
