At a price far below that of traditional steel hammers, the Econo Hammer’s durable 50" looped strap actually prevents some of the most common problems hammer users face—including broken handles and wires. The physics work the same as the pricier models, but with the Econo Hammer you can develop your hammer toss by gradually loading up to 40LB in plates. To add weight, just slide a plate down the strap to the solid metal ring at its base. Then find some ample turf to work with and pretend you’re in Scotland.
