The Darko Shorty Bar is the ultimate cable attachment for optimizing your lat pulldowns, seated rows, and landmine rows. Designed for maximum versatility, The Darko Shorty Bar allows you to customize the width of your hand positions with eight adjustment points on each side using our Single Handle Cable Attachments. By flipping the bar, you can also use it with single attachment accessories for landmine exercises, adding even more functionality to your training regimen.

OVERBUILT, AMERICAN-MADE CONSTRUCTION

Designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, the Darko Shorty Bar is constructed from 3/8” steel for maximum strength. It features laser-cut aluminum logo plates and a black Acetal barbell liner to protect barbell sleeves and weight plates. This combination creates a robust and adaptable training tool.
