The Voodoo Floss Band is a natural latex rubber mobility tool that can be worn as you move through the full range of your typical training movements. In the span of just a few minutes, the resulting compression and “flossing” of activated muscles can help reduce swelling, re-perfuse stiff connective tissues, restore joint mechanics, and encourage swifter recovery and overall flexibility.

As mentioned, these bands measure 4" in width vs. the 2” of the standard Voodoo Floss Band. When used around the knees or other large joints, this can result in more complete, concentrated compression for better long term results. It also gives athletes a welcome alternative to wrapping two or more standard bands over the same area.
Next Level Compression
Made from a durable but flexible natural latex rubber, this version of the 4" Wide Voodoo Floss Band—available here in black with Rogue branding—is 7' long and 0.051" thick. The material can stretch 150% beyond that starting length, and is also 50% thicker than many comparable floss bands on the market—giving the user maximum compression that conforms to their natural movements. Note: A thicker 1.5mm version, in Red, is also available.
